Jenni Vega is the team leader of Southwest Company Gifts. Jenni began her Cutco career in 2002 as a college student, and although she struggled at first and didn't understand what a carving knife was for, she eventually became one of the top representatives in Cutco's history. Jenni has sold over $5 million in Cutco, which places her as the #8 all time representative in the company's 70+ year history. In addition to managing a team and selling herself, Jenni also owns East Valley Real Producers magazine. In 2018, Jenni and her husband, Anthony, welcomed their son into the world, Vincent Vega. (Pulp Fiction, anyone) Vincent already has a knack for people, and a love of playing with toy swords, and one day surely will be known as "Cutco Vinny."
Born and raised in Buckeye, AZ, Sylia started her Cutco career in 2011 and became a Field Sales Manager in her first 10 weeks. She committed to selling Cutco while completing leadership training and playing softball at Notre Dame de Namur University and earned a degree in Psychology. She became a branch manager for Cutco in 2013 and managed a team of college students. She later lived in Germany for 6 months while playing softball. Sylia came back to Cutco for the positive and exciting culture of growth, fun and excellence.
Cameron Couts began his Cutco career in 2014 shortly after graduating high school in Maricopa, AZ. While attending Central Arizona College, he sold over $100,000 of Cutco which helped him pay for school and get experience in sales and customer service. He was later invited to join the Rising Sun Division's Fair & Show program and traveled throughout Arizona, Southern New Mexico, and West Texas with the company. Cameron experienced a 50% increase in his sales this year over last year. His personal interests are spending time with his dogs Lexi and Josi as well as focusing on "Health & Wealth" which includes continuing his weight loss journey as well as reading Dave Ramsey books.
My name is Madeline Carlson (goes by Madie and Mads as well) and I began with Cutco in late December of 2020 while attending Northern Arizona University as a Psychology major. I quickly began to rise in the company becoming the number one new sales representative in the Rising Sun Division. After being promoted to assistant manager early on in my office, I then became part of the South West Company Gifts Team and now working with the Rising Sun Show Program as well. I work closely with people in the valley, but represent all of Northern Arizona where I live in Flagstaff. My personal interests are coaching youth soccer at the Club I used to play in, painting, and spending time with my family and friends.
Amber Choongphol
Amber is a new member to the team. She held various positions in the financial industry over the last 10 years - mainly event coordinating, office assistant and management - before finding her way to Cutco in April 2021. A long time fan of the company, she was very excited to join this team! Amber quickly met and exceeding all sales goals set before her and has been brought on as an inside sales rep for Jenni's clients, as well as servicing her own.
She is a work-at-home-Mom of 3 kids, and loves being of service to Realtors, Brokers, lender's, and business owners of all types.
